Recognizing this, ResearchPoint Global (RPG) was founded in 2004 and today is a worldwide clinical organization with 22 offices in 17 countries and clinical coverage across 65 countries. 

Each member offers the local understanding of the research environment (investigators, subjects, regulatory) that a larger global CRO may offer, yet brings the flexibility and senior level involvement of a more specialized CRO. In addition, each member shares a financial interest in the success of the organization.  RPG is led by a Governing Board, whereby each of the members is vetted, based on both therapeutic and industry experience, sponsor interviews, and cultural fit among senior executives. 

Operating from a common set of global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), RPG ensures a standardization of processes and procedures across regions and companies. Regardless of the number of countries or companies involved in the clinical trial, a Global Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for the Sponsor, ensuring consistent and successful performance across the globe.
